Motormade Auto
A detailing studio site with clear packages and a path to book — built for a Canadian operator, with patterns that travel.

The problem
Premium auto detailing sells trust and finish quality. Motormade Auto needed a website that presented packages the way a good menu does — comparable, specific, and free of mystery fees — while looking sharp enough for a Canadian market that judges finish quality online before booking.
Without a site, every lead restarted the explanation of ceramic coatings versus maintenance washes. Staff repeated themselves; prices drifted in chat. The owner wanted a durable reference that matched the standard of work in the bay.
Geography did not change the product pattern. Jamaican service businesses face the same packaging problem; this build proves we can deliver outside the island while keeping the same enquiry-first discipline.
What we built
The information architecture leads with services and outcomes, then proof, then contact. Package cards state what is included so visitors self-select before messaging. Visual design stayed restrained — dark, clean, automotive — without drowning the page in stock speed-lines.
We optimised for phone browsing in parking lots and lunch breaks. Tap targets, readable type, and compressed images mattered. SEO basics covered service terms customers actually search.
WhatsApp and contact paths were explicit. Where booking calendars fit later, the structure leaves room without forcing a cart metaphor onto appointments.
Stack and care
A straightforward responsive site stack keeps maintenance cheap. Hosting and SSL sit on the retainer so certificate surprises do not take the brand offline.
Content update allowances cover seasonal promotions and package tweaks. That is the difference between a brochure and a living sales tool.
The live site at motormadeauto.com is the artifact — open it, compare packages, judge the clarity.
Outcome
Motormade Auto has a professional URL that carries the brand into ads and referrals. Leads arrive having already skimmed packages, which shortens the sales conversation.
We do not publish fabricated conversion lifts. The client-facing win is clarity and credibility — the prerequisites for any later booking automation.
Jamaican trades and studios can reuse this shape: show the work, price the tiers, invite the message, keep the site alive monthly.
Remote owners especially benefit from a single source of truth. When a price changes in Toronto and the bay is busy in another city, the website — not a forgotten PDF — is what staff and customers both trust.
If you run a service business with three or more packages, this case study is the template for the conversation we will have on WhatsApp: send your current price list and three competitor links.
